The complete fire & ice ritual
Private Sauna
Step into the heat and let it work through you. 15–20 minutes of pure warmth — muscles loosen, the mind slows, everything begins to let go. Your sauna. Nobody else's.
Cold Plunge
Step straight from the heat into the cold plunge. Breathe. Stay calm. Two to three minutes. The endorphin rush that follows is unlike anything else — pure clarity and energy.
Private Jacuzzi
Ease into the warm bubbling water and let the contrast do its work. Repeat the full cycle two or three times. This is where the magic happens — and where guests say they finally feel truly relaxed.

Step 01
Enter the Sauna
15–20 minutes. Let the heat work through every muscle.
Step 02
Cold Plunge
2–3 minutes. Breathe. Stay calm. Don't get out early.
Step 03
Rest in Jacuzzi
Ease in and let the contrast work its magic.
Step 04
Repeat 2–3 Times
Each cycle deepens the benefit.

Replenish
